A mixed class for men and women who want to get involved in basketball! Morning Hoops classes are 60 and 90 minute basketball orientated workouts and we invite participants of any skill or fitness level to come along and have a go.

We add music to the mix as we take you on a basketball journey through the FUNdamentals of our sport. You need not know everything or even anything about basketball, just bring your eagerness to learn and your friendly attitude and you will fit in just fine.
