HOOPS LAB is bringing our mixed basketball classes to Auburn! Morning Hoops is a 60-minute workout inviting adults of any skill or fitness level to come along and have a go. We add music to the mix as we take you on a basketball journey through the FUNdamentals of our sport. You need not know everything or even anything about basketball, just bring your eagerness to learn and your friendly attitude and you will fit in just fine. Our sessions are designed to develop sport-specific skills, improve fitness, flexibility, enhance your communication, and of course have lots of fun! Our team of ex-professional players, Graeme Dann, Goran Veg, Clint Reed and Martin Iti, guide you through drills while giving individual feedback on how to take your game to a new level.
